A centrepiece lounge chair, perfect for relaxing at home and in public places. Chips features a striking, airy, manually bent backrest shaped like a potato chip, which doubles as the back part of the chair base. Pocket springs in the seat cushion ensure hours of comfort, which can be further enhanced with a removable back pillow or an ottoman emulating the shape of the seat.
Lucie Koldová
The highly regarded Czech designer graduated from Prague’s Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in 2009. Following graduation she worked in Paris and there she created Balloons and Muffins, her first and very successful lighting collections. Today she works in Prague, where she creates objects for everyday use, gallery objects, limited edition light fittings, glass sculptures and furniture.

We manually bend our furniture in the same workshops where this technology has been in use since 1861. However, we moved the features of this unique technique further more and mix them with contemporary designers’ thoughts. Our tables and chairs become a connection of quality, innovative shapes and a legacy to the place that has learned to understand the wood for generations.
