"My goal was to design a collection that will be comfortable and timeless. Since TON excels in working with wood, we decided to combine this specialisation with perfectly crafted upholstery. The individual elements of the Alba collection are linked visually by their identical platform, legs, and seat, which allows us to add various types of backrests. The difference in shape is defined by the type and purpose of the product."

"The initial inspiration originated from TON's characteristic wood bending process. This bending process also formed the basis of the creation of the shape, which is essentially a rod ending in a curve on each side. From certain visual angles, one can discern plant motifs in the shape, which is how the item earned its name. And, despite having such a simple shape, we have managed to preserve the full functionality of the product."
