Junior Sales Manager
Reporting to: SALES MANAGER UK
Job purpose: Maternity cover for the Sales Manager
Required experience: sales background, furniture experience strongly preferred, proactive problem-solving attitude, target oriented, meticulous admin skills
Desirable experience: CRM, interest in design
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing daily sales, registering clients, processing quotes and orders.
- Inputting new clients in NAVISION and CRM. Recording activities in CRM.
- Responding to requests coming from social media and website partners (Archiproducts, Edilportale and Architonic)
- Working on allocated projects.
- Keeping track of orders.
- Being in close touch with TON HQ export team regarding progress with orders.
- Informing clients about despatch.
- Participating at company events with partners and architects, occasional fairs in the UK. (work hours may change during special occasions)
- Assisting in meeting and exceeding the target.
- Researching possible contacts, architects, interior designers and dealers based on criteria set by sales manager.
- Having freedom to progress in bringing new business.
- Promoting TON among architects, interior designers and dealers.

HOURS OF WORK:
9:00 – 17:30 with 1 hour lunchbreak
7.5 hours per day, total 37.5 hours per week.
PLACE OF WORK:
home office (London or commutable distance to London)
TOOLS: Company laptop and mobile phone.
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: temporary one-year contract (with possibility of renewal afterwards), 2-month probation period
