The terms for accessing the Business zone

By downloading any file (photographic material, 3D model etc.) within the TON Business zone, you pledge to respect the reputation of the TON brand when using this file and use it for the sole purpose of promotion. Each photograph printout shall contain the TON logo with the minimum size of 14 x 8 mm including the "copyright" symbol an adequate from the photograph (approx. 5 mm). It is also necessary to include the designer of the product.

CONSENT to the processing of personal data

In accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, I agree to the processing of personal data by the manager of TON a.s., based at Michaela Thoneta 148, 768 61 Bystřice pod Hostýnem. In the case of the sole purpose of sending commercial communications, personal data shall entail the full name, permanent address, or address for service, telephone number, and email address. The manager declares that personal data shall be collected to the extent necessary to fulfil the specified purpose and processed only in accordance with the purpose for which it is collected.
