We want Ton to be seen not only as a workplace, but also as somewhere that the families of our employees can form a relationship with.
During the summer holidays, we organise Ton Children’s Day. Children of employees can spend a day in the environment in which their parents work, take part in a special factory tour, and join a creative programme.
Activities like these connect generations, introduce children to the world of craftsmanship and manufacturing, and strengthen the relationship between the company and its employees' families.
