Patrick Norguet
An internationally renowned French designer, Patrick Norguet combines precision
and intuition.
After studying design in Paris, followed by two years with Louis Vuitton, he set
up his own studio in 2000 and began his career in interior architecture and
product design.
The Rainbow Chair marked his meeting with Giulio Cappellini, bringing him
international acclaim and establishing him as one of the leading designers of
his generation. His creations, including the Rainbow Chair — now part of
MoMA's permanent collection —reflect his ability to create timeless objects
that combine innovation, heritage and functionality.
