To us, wood is more than just a material. It is a living organism that deserves respect and care. This is why we ensure that every stage of our products' life cycle is as sustainable as possible, from sourcing the wood to its final processing. Thanks to this approach, we have obtained FSC® certification (licence number FSC-C14281).
This international standard confirms that the wood used in our production comes
from responsibly managed forests. These forests are managed with respect for
nature and people. FSC® certification ensures that the origin of the wood is
verified throughout the entire certified supply chain.
This demonstrates our long-term sustainable approach, in which we manufacture with respect for the environment and biodiversity, and source wood responsibly. Each piece of Ton furniture combines traditional craftsmanship, honest quality and a responsible relationship with nature.
In accordance with FSC® requirements, we publicly declare that our company is not directly or indirectly involved in any activities that are deemed unacceptable by the FSC®. This includes not participating in illegal logging, respecting the rights of people working in the forest, protecting areas of natural value, not converting natural forests for non-forest use, not using genetically modified organisms, and respecting the fundamental rights of our employees.
